Feeling About the Feeling for Companion
The companion is listening for 2 things.
1. feeling
2. the feeling about the feeling
Your Focuser might state these two "somethings" in reverse order from above.
As always, reflect with presence language
It is best and turns out to be simpler for the reflection to come in this order
1. reflect the feeling first
2. then reflect the feeling about the feeling second. The feeling about the feeling can be another feeling but it might also be a judgment, an interpretation, a desire to act.
With practice you will be able to tell the difference between the Feeling and the Feeling About the Feeling
Reflection
There are 4 important things to include in the reflection
1. You are sensing something in you that [feels, is aware of, is noticing] . . .
2. and
3. You are sensing something in you that [this could be a feeling, a judgment, an interpretation, a desire to act]
4. and both are there
It is suggested that you elongate the word "and" to make sure the Focuser hears this important word.

There are 2 reminders and they are both generally used. The order is important.
1. You might acknowledge each of them
2. See if you can take some time to really be with both and sense if one or the other needs to be first in your Focusing today
