Practice sessions.
Focusing is a learned practice. I have set up a partner rotation so that you can practice between each meeting. Since each person's practice is unique, it is helpful to practice with many different partners.
See right side of page for the partner rotation. Please contact each other to find a time for your practice. Plan n allowing each person time to Focus for approx 20 minutes. The exchange should then be able to fit into a hour time slot.
